About Us
Healthcare and transportation businesses don't fail because the care or the service is bad. They fail because the operations behind them. Billing, dispatch, compliance, support are held together by too many vendors and not enough accountability. We started Solve My Side to be the one team that owns all of it.
For 6+ years, we've worked inside the parts of healthcare businesses that most people never see: the claim that got denied for a coding error, the trip that ran 20 minutes late, the phone call that rang out. We built an in-house audit team, dispatch systems, support staff, and AI tools to fix exactly those problems and we've done it for 150+ clients across all 50 states.
